The Group's principal activities are developing and selling commercial and residential properties. Other activities include leasing of properties, renting of hotel room accommodation, leasing of commercial shopping arcades, providing food and beverage at restaurant outlets, and other minor departments such as telephone, guest transportation and laundry within hotel premises and investment holding. Operations of the Group are carried out in the People's Republic of China.
