| The Group's principal activity is to provide advertising, business meetings and event services to its members under Exhibitor Services Agreements. It also provides such services to certain third-party theater circuits under Network Affiliate. The Group's revenues are derived from Advertising, CineMeetings and Digital Programming Events. The Advertising group develops, produces, sells and distributes a branded, pre-feature entertainment and advertising program called FirstLook. The CineMeetings facilitate live and pre-recorded networked and single-site meetings and corporate events in the movie theatres throughout its network. The Digital Programming Events distribute live and pre-recorded concerts, sporting events and other entertainment programming content to theatres across its digital network. As of 27-Dec-2007, the group had 15,265 screens in its network. |
