Wire Products includes cable applications, high-carbon specialities, low-carbon specialities, building products, galvanized wire, rope wire and stainless steel wire. Advanced Materials involves a range of innovative products used in filtration, electromagnetic screening, electrostatic dissipation, flexible electrical circuit boards, theft prevention, seawater desalination, energy saving and health care. Advanced Coatings includes steel cord products for rubber reinforcement for use in truck and car tires, high-pressure hoses, conveyor belt cord, fine cord for transmission belts, woven steel cord and sawing wire. The Group operates in Europe, Americas and Asia. In January 2007, the Group acquired Vicson SA and Productora de Alambres. |
