The Group's principal activity is the operation of comprehensive real estate business including sales and lease of office and office equipment, communications equipment, fixtures and fittings, and interior furnishings for office buildings and residences. The operations are carried out through the following divisions: Real estate leasing, Allotment sales and Other. Real estate leasing division includes leasing office buildings, condominiums, houses and apartments. Allotment sales division include sales of apartments and houses. Other division includes building design, construction, construction supervising and commissioning, office building management and provision of telecommunications lines and information processing services to tenants.
