| The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and sell machinery used in textile industry. The Group operates under five major segments,Non Woven, Fibre to yarn, Packaging, Foundry and Systems solutions. Under Non Woven, the Group designs and manufactures integrated production lines which produce textile fabrics in a continuous process. Under Fibre to yarn, the Group manufactures a wide range of industrial machinery which produces yarn from natural or synthetic fibres. Under Packaging, the Group designs and manufactures "non-stop" winders and un winders. They also produce and cut to length spiral-wound cardboard tubes used in package of mass-market products. The Group also offers installation and other customer services. Under System Solution, the Group offers maintenance solutions for complex industrial automated systems which include the introduction of motorization and automated process control systems. The Group operates globally. |
