| The Group's principle activities are the retail and wholesale of shoes and boots through its own and franchised distribution network. Other activities include: the production of footwear at their own factory; the design of shoes; the retail of shoes accessories and minor clothing items. It has got a number of their own shoe brands e.g. LASOCKI . The Group also imports goods from Asia (mostly China) and Europe (Italy). It has got 2 subsidiaries, one in Poland and one in Czech Republic. It produces mainly for the Polish market, though the expansion to other markets is planned for the years to come. |
