| The Group's principal activities are construction of residential and industrial facilities and property management. The Group's operations are carried out through the following divisions: Construction, Roads and Property development. The Construction division develops residential projects, offices, industrial facilities, housing, roads and civil engineering structures. The Roads division operations include asphalt, paving and road maintenance. The Property development business area develops commercial properties in Nordic growth markets and offers them to investors. The Group focuses primarily on the markets in the Nordic countries, Germany, Poland, the Baltic countries and the Saint Petersburg area. In 2007, the Group sold NCC Roads Polish Asphalt. |
