The Group's principal activity is to develop and market novel molecular diagnostic products. It operates in two segments: Genetics and Molecular Diagnostics. Genetics segment focuses on the discovery of genes related to major common diseases and includes corporate services, such as finance, human resources, legal, and information technology. The Molecular Diagnostics segment provides testing to determine predisposition to common diseases. On 30-Jun-2009, the Group spun-off its research and drug development businesses. On 10-Apr-2008, the Group acquired NaturNorth Technologies LLC.
