| The Group's principal activity is to distribute animal health products to veterinarians across the United States. It operates thirteen distribution centers located in the Western United States, Texas, Kansas, Michigan, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Florida. The Group distributes more than 11,000 products sourced from over 450 vendors to more than 16,000 veterinary practices nationwide from 13 strategically located distribution centers. The products include pharmaceuticals, vaccines, parasiticides, diagnostics, capital equipment, supplies, veterinary pet food and nutritional products. The products are marketed to veterinarians in both the companion animal and production animal markets. It also offers on-line ordering, pharmacy fulfillment, inventory management, equipment procurement consultation and special order fulfillment.
