The Group's principal activities are to construct and operate shopping centres. It also provides real estate services for construction of residential and commercial buildings. The Groups operations also include developing of land, planning, feasibility studies and analyses, marketing and supervision of the construction work and administration work. The Group operates 13 shopping centres in Brazil.
