| The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and market copper, brass, plastic and aluminum products. The operations are conducted under two business segments: the Plumbing and refrigeration and the Original equipment manufacturers (OEM). The Plumbing and Refrigeration segment manufactures copper tube, copper and plastic fittings and valves. The Original equipment manufacturers segment manufactures brass and copper alloy rod, bar and shapes, aluminum and brass forgings, aluminum and copper impact extrusions, refrigeration valves and fittings, fabricated tubular products and gas valves and assemblies. The Group operates in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and China. On 27-Feb-2007, the Group acquired Extruded Metals, Inc. |
