The Company's principal activity is the manufacture and sale of MD6601and MD6701 series of light-sized buses; MD6701, MD6800 and MD6901 series of medium-sized buses, and MD6100 of larged-sized buses. The Company utilized the models of light-sized buses and medium-sized buses which were developed by Jiangsu Mudan. The Company has also been developing news models of light-sized buses and medium-sized buses, and sells through an extensive sales network comprising 258 independent distributors and 25 sales offices located throughout the PRC, with a small number of exported to other countries mainly in South Africa, South America and Asia.
