The Group's principal activities are generation and distribution of electrical energy and heat from fossil fuel. The Group's power system represents a complex of power plants, transmission lines, transformer substations and pumping stations linked up for joint operation, having a common operation mode and relying on a shared capacity reserve and a centralised operational and dispatching control system. The Group's power and heat generation base include 17 power stations with operational capacity equalled approximately 11,904.3 megawatts and 34,897.4 gigacalories of electricity and heat capacity, respectively.
