The revenues of the Careers segments are primarily earned from the placement of job postings on the websites within its network, access to its resume databases and other career-related services. The revenues of the Internet Advertising and Fees segment is primarily earned from the display of advertisements on its network of websites, click-through on text based links, leads provided to advertisers and subscriptions to premium services.
