The operations are carried out through the following divisions: Leasing, Sales, Construction, Brokerage and consulting, Consigned management, Sale of housing materials, Facility operations and Other operations. The Leasing division deals with leasing and management of office buildings and commercial facilities and sale of condominiums. The Sales division is engaged in sales of detached houses, condominiums, land and office buildings. The Construction works include construction of detached houses, condominiums and office buildings and land preparation. The Brokerage and consulting division includes real estate brokerage, consigned real estate sales, consulting on real estate and project management. The Consigned management division provides maintenance, cleaning and security services. The facility division operates hotels and golf courses. |
