| The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and sale of chemicals. The operations are carried out through the following divisions: Functional material; Fine chemical; Basic chemical and Others. The Functional material division deals in manufacture and sale of elastomers, industrial resins, processed functional products, electronic materials, information materials, functional polymers, synthetic resin films, civil engineering materials, construction materials, fertilizers, urethane materials and hygienic goods. The Fine Chemical division deals in providing precision and agricultural chemicals. The Basic Chemical division deals in providing ethylene and propylene, phenol, synthetic textile materials, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resins, industrial chemicals, petrochemical materials, polypropylenes and high-purity terephthalic acid. The Others division deal in manufacture and sale of industrial resins, design and construction of manufacturing equipment. |
