The Group's principal activity is to develop, manufacture and market medical devices in China. It operates in three segments: Patient Monitoring Devices: Tracks the physiological parameters of patients, such as heart rate, blood pressure, respiration and temperature; Diagnostic Laboratory Instruments: Provides data and analysis on blood, urine and other bodily fluid samples for clinical diagnosis and treatment; and Ultrasound Imaging Systems: Uses computer-managed sound waves to produce real time images of anatomical movement and blood flow. The Group mainly operates, distributes and sells directly in China, Europe, North America and other Asia.
