| The Group's principal activities are to manufacture and sell Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Equipment (HVAC) and Metal Forming Equipment. The HVAC segment provides heating, cooling, ventilating, or some combination thereof, for a wide range of residential, commercial and industrial applications. It is comprised of three interrelated HVAC product groups: Hydronic Products, Gas and Industrial Products and Air Distribution and Cooling Products. The Metal Forming segment, operating under the umbrella name 'Formtek,' comprises of closely related entities, all manufacturers, remanufacturers or distributors of equipment used in the Metal Forming industry. The technologies of the Metal Forming segment include processing of equipment for roll forming, coil processing, metal duct fabrication and tube and pipe systems. The products of the Group are sold in the United States, Canada and other foreign countries. |
