The Group's principal activity is to design, construct and sell single family homes in Southern and Western United States. It operates in three segments: West, Central and East, which are comprised of 12 metropolitan areas in six states. The Group focuses on a broad range of first-time, move-up and luxury homes. The Group's homebuilding and marketing activities are conducted under the names Meritage Homes, Monterey Homes and Legacy Homes. The Group have operations in Texas, Arizona, California, Nevada, Colorado and Florida.
