The Group's principal activity is to act as a leasing company which owns and manages a portfolio of assets. Its assets comprises mainly of shopping centers and self-service restaurants adjacent to hyper markets or supermarkets. It leases this space primarily to national banners, chain stores or franchises as well as to independent retailers. The Group's portfolio includes shopping centers, cafeterias, specialized stores and large food stores. The Group operates in France. In 2008, the Group acquired FISO SNC and Kretiaux SAS.
