The Group's principal activities are providing catering, entertainment, gaming and related services. Other activities include designing, developing, supplying gaming technologies, which include surveillance equipment and other gaming products used in casinos and developing and selling financial trading and settlement systems. The Group is involved in property investments, restaurant operations, providing management services and investment holding. It also has investment and financial services segment, which was operated through its non-wholly owned subsidiary, Value Convergence Holdings Limited, which mainly comprised provision of corporate finance advisory service, initial public offerings and mergers and acquisition advisory services and broking and dealing for clients in securities, futures and options contracts. Operations are carried out in Hong Kong, Macau and other Asian countries.
