The Group's principal activities are the retail and distribution for pharmaceuticals and medical supplies. The Group operates in three segments: Pharmacies Netherlands, Pharmacies International and OPG Direct and Institutional. Pharmacies Netherlands: they supply through pharmacies and GP's. They supply pharmaceuticals and sell over the counter healthcare products. Pharmacies International they supply pharmaceuticals abroad. OPG Direct and Institutional: they distribute pharmaceuticals and medical supplies to institutions such as hospitals and nursing homes. The group operates in the Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Hungary and Switzerland. It acquired Hahn & Hahn, Byram Healthcare, Hermedico A/S, Calea, Medrek AD in 2008.
