The Group's principal activities are to provide clinically-driven pharmacy services for the clients and the members of the pharmacy benefit plans. These programs and services helps the clients control the cost and enhance the quality of the prescription drug benefits offered to the members. The Group provides pharmacy benefit management services through national networks of retail pharmacies and mail order pharmacies. It has a large number of clients in each of the major industry categories, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans, managed care organizations, insurance carriers, third-party benefit plan administrators, employers, federal, state and local government agencies and union-sponsored benefit plans. The operations are carried out in the United States of America. In April 2008, The Group acquired Europa Apotheek.
