The Group's principal activities are to manufacture, rent and sell relocatable modular offices and classrooms. It operates in four segments: Mobile Modular Management Corporation segment rents and sells modular buildings and accessories. TRS-RenTelco segment rents and sells electronic test equipment nationally and internationally. Adler Tank Rentals, LLC includes its wholly-owned subsidiary providing containment solutions for the storage of hazardous and non-hazardous liquids and solids (Adler Tanks). Enviroplex, Inc., its wholly-owned subsidiary classroom manufacturing business selling modular buildings used primarily as classrooms in California (Enviroplex). The Group's manufacturing facility is located in Stockton, California. On 11-Dec-2008, it acquired Adler Tanks.
