The Group's principal activity is to provide engineering, procurement, construction, installation, project management and facility management services for customers in the power and energy industries. It operates through three segments: Offshore Oil and Gas Construction: Includes the operations of J. Ray McDermott SA and its subsidiaries, which supply services to offshore oil and gas field developments worldwide. Government Operations includes the operations of BWXT Technologies Inc and its subsidiaries, which supplies nuclear components to the U.S. Government and provides various services, including uranium processing, environmental site restoration services and related services for government-owned facilities. Power Generation Systems includes the operations of the Babcock and Wilcox Company and its subsidiaries, which supplies fossil-fired steam generating systems, replacement commercial nuclear steam generators and related services for power generation systems.
