It markets its products worldwide through a direct-sales and applications organization and through its own and other unaffiliated distribution channels to a broad range of customers in diverse industries. The Group has manufacturing facilities in the United States, testing facilities in the Philippines and Thailand and sales and circuit design offices throughout the world. The products serve the customers in the field of industrial, communications, consumer and computing. On 29-Dec-2008, the Group acquired Innova Card. On 27-Oct-2008, the Group acquired Mobilygen Corporation.
