The Group's principal activities are Emergency Repair and Document Handling. Its operates in two segments: Emergency Repair and Document Handling . Emergency Repair provides drains insurance claims management and fulfillment services, management of repair or replacement of valid insurance claims and building maintenance services. Document Handling provides retrieval of scanned documents including those which require complex cataloguing. It also specialises in the secure off-site storage of clients' critical information including live files, medical records, archive document boxes, x-ray material and microfilms.
