Master-Pack Group Berhad (MPGB) is an investment holding company. The Company provides provision of management services. MPGB and its subsidiaries is engaged in the manufacturing corrugated cartons and providing one-stop packaging solutions to its customers. The Company operates in two segments: packaging division and other division. Its packaging division is engaged in the designing and manufacturing corrugated paper cartons, as well as providing one-stop packaging solutions. The Company’s packaging division also provides vendor managed Inventory for its customers. The Company’s other division is engaged in the trading in industrial diesel and additives. The Company’s subsidiaries include Master-Pack Sdn.Bhd., Master-pack (Sarawak) Sdn.Bhd., Master-Pack Marine Products Sdn.Bhd. and Master-Pack Energy Sdn.Bhd. In August 2011, the Company disposed of its 30% interest in Hugh Packaging (Selangor) Sdn.Bhd.
