| The Group's principal activity is to build, install, maintain, upgrade of communications and utility infrastructure. The Group builds and maintains infrastructure and networks that deliver voice, video and data communications, electricity and other energy resources. It builds underground and overhead distribution systems, such as trenches, conduits, power lines and pipelines, used in networks that provide communications and power delivery. The Group installs buried and aerial fiber optic cables, coaxial cables, copper lines, electrical and other energy distribution systems, transmission systems and satellite dishes. The customers include communication and utility companies in the United States, including DIRECTV, Verizon, BellSouth (now AT&T), EMBARQ, Progress Energy, Florida Power & Light, TXU, Qwest, and Dominion Virginia Power. On 31-Jan-2006, the Group acquired Digital Satellite Services Inc. |
