In Addition, Marisa SA provides consumer credit and financial services through Marisa Card and the financial products affiliated with it. The Company offers its products under the brand name Marisa. It operates a chain of 222 department stores and four distribution centers located in all Brazilian regions. On December 18, 2009, the Company was incorporated by Marisa Lojas SA. As of December 31, 2009, its direct subsidiaries included Fix Participacoes Ltda and Due Mille Participacoes Ltda.
