The Group's principal activities are to manufacture and market meat products, agribusiness products and bakery products. The Meat products segment includes meat and meat-related businesses comprising the fresh pork, prepared meats, poultry and international food trading operations. The bakery products of the Group include fresh and frozen par-baked bakery products and fresh pasta. The Group exports its products to the United States, Japan, Hong Kong, China, Germany, New York and other European countries. The Agribusiness segment includes pet food business, poultry growing and hatching operations. On 29-Jan-2008, the Group acquired Aliments Martel Inc.
