The Group's principal activity is developing industry specific automation solutions. The Group also offers services such as maintenance and care of the system delivered and components. The Group operates through three divisions. i) System.solar: In this division, solar modules are produced through photovoltaic cells and glass substrate which reduces the cost of production. ii) Systems.lcd: Products of this division are used for handling of glass substrates and in the manufacture of LCD flat screens. iii) Systems.aico: This division supplies systems and other components to the other two segments. The Group operates in Germany, Rest of Europe, Asia, America and Other Regions. During the year 2008, the Group acquired Christian Majer GmbH & Co. KG (100%), Boehm Electronic Systems Slowakei s.r.o. (90%) and Ifotech Machines Co. Ltd (70.92%).
