As of 30-Sep-2008 it maintains a portfolio of 5,562 units throughout Vancouver lower mainland, Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer and Toronto area. These portfolios' consists of townhouses, garden-style apartments and mid-rise and high-rise apartments.
