Infrastructure comprise of operating of complex, Project management and development. Hospitality comprise of sale of time share. SYSTECH comprise of automative components and Others comprise of Logistics, Two wheelers, Investment etc. During the fiscal year ended 31-Mar-2009, it acquired the two-wheeler business of Kinetic Motor Company Ltd.
