The Group's principal activity is to provide healthcare services in the specialty managed healthcare business. The Group operates in five segments: Public Sector, Commercial, Radiology Benefits Management, Specialty Pharmaceutical Management and Corporate and Other. Public Sector segment generally reflects managed behavioral healthcare services provided to Medicaid recipients under contracts with state and local governmental agencies. Commercial segment generally reflects managed behavioral healthcare services and EAP services provided under contracts with managed care companies, health insurers and other health plans. Radiology Benefits Management segment generally reflects the management of the delivery of diagnostic imaging services. Specialty Pharmaceutical Management segment generally reflects the management of specialty drugs used in the treatment of diseases. Corporate and Other is comprised primarily of operational support functions.
