| The Group's principal activity is to provide healthcare services in the specialty managed healthcare business. The Group operates in three segments: Health Plan Solutions; Public Sector Solutions and Employer Solutions. Health Plan Solutions reflects managed behavioral healthcare services provided under contracts with managed care companies, health insurers and other health plans. Public Sector Solutions reflects managed behavioral healthcare services provided to Medicaid recipients under contracts with state and local governmental agencies. Employer Solutions reflects the provision of EAP services and integrated products under contracts with employers, including corporations and governmental agencies. Corporate and other comprises of primarily of operational support functions such as sales and marketing and information technology as well as corporate support functions. |
