| The Group's principal activity is providing support services for the buildings and infrastructure clients. The Group's operations are carried out through three divisions. Facilities Services provides a range of services including asset management, energy consultancy, document management, catering, cleaning, engineering maintenance, landscaping, pest control, security, waste and environmental management. Engineering Services provides services including mechanical and electrical, energy generation and management, technology and infrastructure. Property Services offers roofing, repairs and redecoration, interior fit-out, plumbing and heating, social housing maintenance and refurbishment and fire protection. The Group operates predominantly in the United Kingdom. During 2008, the Group acquired the entire share capital of Catering Partnership (Holdings) Ltd and DW Tilley Ltd. |
