| The Group's principal activity is to provide technology-enabled asset protection solutions used to evaluate the structural integrity of critical energy, industrial and public infrastructure. It operates in three segments: Services, Products and Systems and International. Services segment provides asset protection solutions in North and Central America. Products and Systems segment designs, manufactures, sells, installs and services its asset protection products and systems, including equipment and instrumentation in the United States. International segment offers services, products and systems principally in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and South America. The Group serves a customer base of companies with asset-intensive infrastructure including companies in the oil and gas, fossil and nuclear power, public infrastructure, chemicals, aerospace and defense, transportation, primary metals and metalworking, pharmaceuticals and food processing industries. |
