MG International SA is a France-based company that specializes in swimming pool security and hygiene. The Company produces and sells a range of equipment for private and public swimming pools, such as AquaSensor alarms that sound when people fall into swimming pools; Poseidon, computer assisted surveillance systems for the prevention against drownings, and Oxineo, automated water disinfection systems. MG International sells its products directly to swimming pool builders and distributors. MG International SA operates essentially in France, in Europe and in the United States through its subsidiaries, including Watermind US Corp, Nexatis, Safeblue, Adamant Technologies SA and AquaLife SARL. In February 2009, MG International and the Israel-based manufacturer of cleaner robots for swimming pools, Maytronics, entered into a partnership.
