| The Group's principal activity is to provide commercial, retail, insurance, investment, trust and executive banking services. It provides commercial banking services to privately-owned companies run by entrepreneurs and selected types of service companies. In addition, the Group provides lease banking services to small and medium size equipment leasing companies. The Group's other customers include individuals, small and middle market businesses, real estate operators, investors and home developers. It operates 64 banking offices in Chicago metropolitan area and five in Oklahoma City metropolitan area. On 28-May-2004, the Group acquired First SecurityFed Financial Inc. |
