The Group's principal activity is to provide consulting and operations program management focuse in health and human services primarily government. It operates in two segments: Operations,and Consulting. Operations segment provides a variety of program management services, primarily the delivery of administrative services for government health and human service programs. Consulting segment provides specialized financial consulting services such as assisting states, local agencies and schools in obtaining federal funding reimbursements for their programs and implementing cost reductions strategies, as well as providing technical services and software products. The Group operates in the United States, Canada, Australia, Israel and the United Kingdom.
