| The Group's principal activities are to develop, manufacture and sell machines, systems and services for the improvement of production and quality control. The Group also provides services for the production and quality control of printed circuit boards. The machines manufactured by the Group include Electrical Drill Systems, Drill and Rout Systems, AOI Systems, Plotter Systems and Software Systems. The Group's operations are carried out through two divisions: Interconnect Production Systems and Outsourcing. The Interconnect production system segment develops, manufactures and maintains systems for the quality control, function testing and structuring of the printed circuit boards. The Outsourcing segment offers services to the customers either in the Group's own tests offices or in the customer's premises. The Group operates in Europe, Asia and America. |
