Thomson Financial Business Description:
| The Group's principal activities are manufacturing, marketing, import and export of industrial valves and equipments for gas, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, pulp, paper, construction and auto industries. It has 3 business segments: In Oil and Gas segment it offers deepwater platform anchoring ropes, valves, tools for oil exploration and tube coating through MNA, Petroima, Esferomatic, Gasoil and K&S brands. In Flow segment it sells industrial valves under Valmicro, Mipel and ValBol brand names. Third is Metal segment which deals with casting and steel injection processes and techniques, production of parts, complex parts and cast-alloy housings for auto industries. |
