The Group's principal activities are developing and selling software; and providing information technology services targeting the financial services industry in China. Product segments include software development, ATM maintenance and ancillary services. Software development is responsible for the development, maintenance and integration of software in accordance with the customers' specifications and requirements and includes assistance in implementation, customization and integration, post-contract customer support, training and consulting; ATM maintenance is engaged in the maintenance of ATM machines; and ancillary services is engaged in the procurement of hardware and software licenses on behalf of customers, in professional services for IT service management, and design, consulting and supplementary technology related services. The Group operates in the People's Republic of China.
