| The Group's principal activity is to operate retail drug stores. It operates in two business segments: Retail Drug Stores and Pharmacy Benefit Management. The Retail Drug Store segment includes health care products, photo and photo processing, cosmetics, greeting cards, food and beverage items, housewares, toiletries, mail centers and seasonal merchandise. The Pharmacy Benefit Management segment provides a range of services including pharmacy benefit plan design and implementation, formulary management, claims processing and generic substitution. As of 01-May-2008, the Group operated 516 retail drug stores in the western United States of America. |
