The operating subsidiaries include: CNA Financial Corporation: A commercial property and casualty insurance organization in the United States, providing insurance protection to more than 1 million businesses and professionals in the United States and internationally. Diamond Offshore Drilling Inc provides contract drilling services to the energy industry around the globe. Its fleet consists of 30 semisubmersibles rigs, 11high specifications and 19 intermediate rigs. HighMount Exploration and Production LLC explores, produces and markets oil and natural gas liquid. Boardwalk Pipeline Partners LP is involved in the interstate transportation and storage of natural gas. It operates in California, New York, Florida, Texas, Illinois, New Jersey, Pennylvania and Missouri.
