The Group's principal activity is to market consumer and business-related merchandise acquired from bankruptcies, receiverships, close-outs, inventory overruns, insurance claims and other opportunistic situations. The Group operates in Canada and the United States. It markets to public through leased retail outlets in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario, Canada as well as the states of Idaho, Washington, Alaska and Montana. The Group also conducts sales for receivers, trustees in bankruptcy and others at sites other than its outlets. The Company offers services that include the retail liquidation of consumer merchandise through 98 outlets across North America.
