The Group's principal activity is to produce and distribute motion pictures, television programming, home entertainment, family entertainment and video-on-demand and digitally developed content. It operates through three segments: Motion Pictures, Television Production and Media Networks. Motion Pictures consists of the development and production of feature films, acquisition of distribution rights, North American theatrical, home entertainment and television distribution of feature films produced and acquired. Television Production consists of the development, production and worldwide distribution of television productions including television series, television movies and mini-series and non-fiction programming. Media Networks consists of Television Guide Network, an entertainment cable networks in the United States including Television Guide Network On Demand and Television Guide Online. On 28-Feb-2009, the Group acquired TV Guide Network and TV Guide.com.
