| Lion Diversified Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company operates in four segments: steel, which is engaged in manufacturing and sale of steel products; property, which is engaged in the property development and management; computer, which is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of computer and related products, and others, which is engaged in investment holding and trading. The Company’s subsidiaries include LDH Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd., Graimpi Sdn. Bhd., LDH Trading Sdn. Bhd., Lion Subang Parade Sdn. Bhd. and Urban Resources Sdn. Bhd. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009 (fiscal 2009), the Company acquired an additional 5.8% equity interest in Polaris Metals NL (Polaris) thereby increased its interest in Polaris to 25.5%. During fiscal 2009, the Company disposed of its entire equity interest in CP Properties Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. On August 10, 2009, it dissolved Hamba Research & Development Co Ltd. |
