The group's principle activity is to provide specialty pharmaceutical products including products for immunosuppression, specifically organ transplantation, and products to combat certain cardiovascular diseases. The group's first commercialized product, LCP-FenoChol, has received FDA approval for sale in the U.S., under the brand name Fenoglide for the treatment of dyslipidemia. Six clinical development programs covering four product candidates and one product candidate are in preclinical development. The group founded in June 2002 and operates internationally with headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark and a fully owned subsidiary in New York, in the United States.
