The Group's principal activity is that of a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust. The Group provides leasing, property management, development, acquisition and other tenant-related services. The Group derives its revenues from two product types: Industrial properties and Office properties. Industrial properties include warehouse, distribution, assembly, light manufacturing and research and development facilities. Office properties include multi-story and single-story office buildings located in mixed-use developments or office parks. The Group's properties are situated in South-eastern, Mid-Atlantic and Midwestern United States and the United Kingdom. As of 31-Dec-2008, the Group had 357 Industrial and 297 office properties.
